Artist Booth Reservation

Booth Sizes:

• A Booth

• B Booth
• • Width: 1.8m

Occupancy:

• A Booth: 2 artists, 2 helpers
• B Booth: 1 artist, 1 helper

Booth Prices (for 3 days):

• A Booth: ¥100,000
• B Booth: ¥60,000
• Additional charge per extra artist per booth: ¥20,000

• Submit five photos of artworks (JPEG format, each 1MB or less)
• Photo for identity verification (from chest up, face visible)
• Artists residing in Japan should attach either a photo of the Safe Art Works Japan (www.safeartjapan.com) certification or a hygiene management course completion certificate from the Japan Tattooist Association (not all applicants will be checked, but may be requested).
• Send your application using the message form below.
• Due to limited booth availability, we will contact those who are accepted after the review process. Special hotel rates will be provided for participating artists and helpers, with booking details sent after acceptance.
• Please let us know if you require a stage for treatments on the floor.
